“Hi” at Costco

In mid June 2020, I was shopping in Costco and Dr. Jennifer saw me and said, “Hi, how are you doing?” I told her that I’m fine but very concerned of my husband’s change of pace; not wanting to do anything. She said she wanted to see him in her office tomorrow. He wasn’t a patient of hers but she assured me she wanted to see him because my mental health at the moment was in distress because his doctor was ignoring his symptoms. She referred him to a cardiologist and he had testing done that revealed a problem. He didn’t live long enough to be treated; however, I and my family are forever grateful because we found out that this is a genetic problem. Those records are now in my children’s and grandchildren’s files. I feel God arranged for us to meet and for my husband to be tested. Otherwise, he would of passed on without us knowing some very important lifesaving information. Thank you to Dr. Jennifer Battiste!
