My Doc is THERE for me

One weekend quite a few years ago, on a SATURDAY, I called the office of Dr. Alec Anders with a medical question. I figured I would be leaving a message since it was a weekend, he icked up the phone himself and I was stunned! He answered instead of letting the answering service pick up! This exemplifies the type of service and caring he offers his patients. He gets to know each patient individually and no matter how many times I call, he always takes me seriously. Dr. Anders answers his online portal daily. I have NEVER waited till the next day for a reply. Everyone is his office is personable and follows through on each request. Talk about CONCIERGE,,, he should be the poster child!!!!
