In the height of the pandemic when my husband was ill and we were trapped in Florida, he guided us through that terrifying time with wisdom, compassion and sometimes, humor. My husband trusted him implicitly, and Dr. Kulka could get him to make the decisions that needed to be made. Since my husband’s death I have been comforted by knowing I have access to the very best.. and I am profoundly grateful for that…
