What makes Dr. Kinnard special

When he first bacame my doctor, I had doubts. With time he has won my heart! He is patient and kind and always says the thinks that matter without being "uppity".
He has a quiet way about him and that is soothng. All in all considering he replaced my "favorite doctor", things are going great.
