I'm not very often ill --so glad!!!--but appreciate your promptness when I am.....just moments to receive a call back...and such clear directions. Also during an emotional time in my life last year....your listening, non-judgmental ear and heart were so appreciated !! And you even called on the phone to see how I was doing later on.....very reassuring.
