I believe that one of the most important elements in caring for patients is establishing a relationship built on mutual respect and trust. My goal, as an internal medicine physician, is to thoroughly listen to my patients and truly get to know them in order to provide personalized, patient-centered healthcare. I strive to make my patients feel as though they are family and provide the most up-to-date medical care with compassion and empathy.
My MDVIP-affiliated practice focuses on wellness, prevention and patient education. I have special interests in nutrition and fitness I also treat all aspects of chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure. As your private physician, I will partner with you to formulate a comprehensive wellness plan that allows you to live a happier and healthier life. Similar to conveniences often associated with concierge medicine practices, I also offer same- or next-day appointments that start on time.
My primary care practice currently serves patients in Palm Beach County, including those in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Gulfstream, Ocean Ridge, Highland Beach, Manalapan, Lake Worth and Lantana.

On my extended review about my first physical exam with Dr. Thomson, it was amazing the detail we went through together. One item came up that she is looking into with a second test to be sure my current medication is doing its job.

Dr. Thomson is the most compassionate physician I have ever had the pleasure to call me own. Not only has she taken great care of me but she has adopted a few family members of mine and brings the same attitude towards their care (and anyone's for that matter) as she has mine.

My husband and I could not be more pleased since Dr. Thomson took over Dr. Raborn's practice last year. We have had many health issues this past year and she has always been there for us. She is caring, compassionate and most of all knowledgeable. We are extremely happy to have her as our MDVID doctor.
