My goal, as your primary care physician, is to partner with you to create a personalized healthcare plan that can help effectively treat your current health problems and better prevent new ones from developing. Practicing good medicine includes a relationship based on mutual trust and respect. We will work together to formulate a plan that will help you achieve a better quality of life for a longer period of time. There are no shortcuts, nor are there “one size fits all” formulas to achieve this. In my MDVIP-affiliated practice, I will have more time which allows me to emphasize prevention and wellness in a warm, welcoming and unhurried atmosphere.  

This care can help make a happy, healthy future your reality through the use of a comprehensive wellness exam, careful review of records and the extended amount of time I will be able to spend with each of my patients. Similar to conveniences often associated with concierge medicine practices, I also offer same- or next-day appointments that start on time.  

As a board certified family physician with nearly 35 years of practice in this community, I have relationships with many specialists to help you and your unique needs. I am currently on staff at Henry Ford Allegiance Health System and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital/Chelsea campus. My patients come from Jackson County as well as surrounding counties.   

In terms of physician quality measures, as quantified by Jackson Health Network, I received the highest ranking of all participants in their program for maintaining all the required elements for patient care in 2016 in Jackson County. I am extremely thankful for being given the opportunity to become a physician, which reflects in the care that I give and the relationships that I develop with my patients.
