I really appreciate Dr Mikos helping me keep on top of my blood sugar, by encouraging me to have regular a1c checks with him to make sure I don’t get off track. It’s so easy to put on a few pounds or relax a bit too much with what I eat, so I am really glad he is proactive — and thanks to him I hope to stay diabetes-free and healthy!
