Dr. Hoshiwara is a kind and wonderful man who gives my whole family comfort in knowing he's always there for us if we need him, day or night. No pretense. Empathetic. In all ways the person I desire to look after my health and general well-being. On occasion, my visit would morph into a counseling session. I covet his wise counsel. I do not always follow his sugggestions but that is my failure. The sessions alone are salutary.
Recall old Western movies where the caring Dr. rides his horse in 10ft of snow to the ailing person, or the great bedside manner of Dr.Kildare, Marcus Welby M.D. (ok, dating myself!) or the caring Dr painting by Norman Rockwell . . . together these are Dr. Hoshiwara. I have been going to Dr. H for approximately 17 years. He spends time with me during my appointment, he has sent me to the best specialists, when necesasary, and always asks about my family. I started going to him when I was 66/67 years old and he has gotten me to the age of 83. He is, simply, the best.
