My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...
My passion as a primary care physician is to help heal people, prevent illness and slow the aging process. I do not want to just treat your symptoms. I would prefer to find out the cause of your illness, if possible, and focus on a path to recovery and wellness. The focus at Living Waters Regenerative Medicine Center is on helping patients maintain a youthful, vibrant, healthy state. As one of the few internal medicine doctors on the Emerald Coast offering a personalized healthcare approach, I am able to spend extra time with you to do a thorough diagnostic work-up and customized plan of care. You will love the warm and relaxed atmosphere here and the individualized attention you receive from my exceptional staff.
At Living Waters, we offer a complete range of internal medicine care and advanced testing as part of the MDVIP Wellness Program. I have spent many years studying and practicing in the fields of nutrigenomics, methylation and functional medicine. I also completed the first stem cell fellowship from the American Academy of Anti-aging and Regenerative Medicine in 2012. Similar to concierge medicine practices, I also offer conveniences like same- or next-day appointments that start on time.
My practice is located on the pristine coast of the Gulf of Mexico in Gulf Breeze, Florida, and serves patients from Pensacola, Ft. Walton, Niceville and Crestview in Florida, as well as Orange Beach, Mobile, Atmore and Foley in Alabama. I am affiliated with Baptist Hospital and Gulf Breeze Hospital. I have four children and two stepchildren. I love the outdoors and all water sports. I enjoy traveling and exploring other cultures. My plan is to live to a ripe old age maintaining youthful vitality the whole way, and I want to help you do the same!

Dr. V is very caring about her patients. She also has the intuitive ability to ask for certain tests that have proven to find difficult medical problems in my life so they could be treated. I appreciate her being open to alternative treatment when she feels it will be beneficial.
