My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

My goal as your personal primary care doctor is to work closely with you to help keep you healthier and try to prevent new problems from developing, when possible. I believe strongly in preventive care. We can work together to come up with a plan for your specific health needs and goals.  Each person can benefit from more individualized attention, as every person is different. I will work with you at each step to assist you with making more informed decisions as you pursue a healthier lifestyle. We will review your medications and consider the minimal amount to help you work toward your goals while keeping within evidence-based treatment. I will listen to your concerns and help come up with a mutual plan of care. I have practiced in the North Bethesda, Maryland/Washington, D.C. area for 24 years and am board-certified in cardiology.
