My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

My goal as your personal doctor is to partner with you to assess your health, promote wellness, and pursue and correct any issues discovered with extensive examination and testing. I will work with you at each step to help you make appropriate decisions toward achieving your goals and maintaining your health and wellness. I am a primary care physician certified in family medicine and have strong relationships with many local specialists, whom I can trust when a second opinion or consultation is needed.

As one of the few family practitioners in the area offering this personalized healthcare approach, I provide a total care package that can help you maintain a healthy lifestyle, correct or control any health problems and lead you on a path to wellness. My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices.

My practice is located in Newark, Delaware, and serves patients from the surrounding Wilmington, Bear, New Castle and Middletown areas. We focus on osteopathic services, pediatrics and preventive care in addition to all aspects of primary care. I am affiliated with Christiana Care Health System and Saint Francis Healthcare.

I have had Dr B as my primary doctor for 45 years. He listens to me to ensure I get what I need. He always does proper testing. If he feels I need a specialist, he will send me to one. He takes time to listen to me. I do not feel rushed. I have full confidence in him. I feel I can talk very personal with him. I really enjoy the visit. He also has an awesome staff! I love them all!

Dr. Biasotto has been treating me and my family more than 30 years. I left his practice when I married and began my care with another capable physician was there for nearly 20 years until the practice suddenly had to close. Dr. Biasotto has been my family doctor for over 30 years. He is down to earth-treats you like family and is up front about any issues. He’s always been available to me when I’ve needed him and his office staff is the same-friendly and treating you like family. When he went into the MDVIP program-i wasn’t sure I wanted to join-because of the cost. But because of his style of doctoring-… See more

Dr. Biasotto has been our family care physician for 30 plus years. His ability to diagnosis and catch serious issues early has kept my entire family and I in excellent health. He is deeply appreciated within our clan and he deserves a BRAVO ZULU (Navy speak for well done).

from ELLEN in DE March 18, 2018 for Nicholas O. Biasotto, DO

I greatly appreciate Dr.Biasotto's emphasis on preventive care, addressing overall health and well-being as opposed to addressing individual symptoms. His gift--one of his many--is that he addresses these health concerns without ever condescending to his patients.

In my particular experience, I recognize that he has slowly pulled me out of focusing entirely on another's… See more

It’s not just patients who feel rushed and left with unanswered during their appointments. Before switching to MDVIP, Dr. Nicholas Biasotto had 4,000 patients and was seeing 50 a day. Biasotto admits, “I felt like I was shortchanging them.” Biasotto, along with other primary care doctors, open… See more
