My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

Personal health has always been extremely important to me and I have channeled this into my passion for medicine. I look forward to further developing my vision into a proactive and positive approach towards helping you achieve your individual goals. I aim to personalize our doctor-patient relationship to better understand your goals and assist you with making more informed decisions towards gaining the most from life.

Combining the specialties of both sports medicine and family medicine, I will provide you with a unique experience creating a foundation in health including nutrition, exercise and managing the stresses of life. My expertise in these combined fields allows me to integrate fitness and training, prevent injuries and treat you in a whole person fashion. I have practiced in the Julington Creek area for 12 years and have been heavily involved in volunteering in the community with our recreational leagues and high school athletics.

Testimonials from patients of Dr. Osborn

from Theron February 14, 2019 for Ross Q. Osborn, MD, FAAFP

I have been a patient of Dr. Osborn for several years. In the last year he has joined the MDVIP program and it's made a huge difference. While Dr. O was always very good, he was rushed in his appointments in the past. Now, he has time to not only answer my questions and give me his diagnosis, but look at the full picture of my health including diet, exercise, history, etc.
