I have had the pleasure of practicing internal medicine for over 28 years in settings that include office-based primary care medicine, the emergency department and the hospital. This variety has allowed me to develop a focus on what I believe are key factors to care, including preventive care and better availability of the provider. Accordingly, my patients have the ability to reach me after hours and on weekends for more urgent needs.

I feel strongly about preventive care, as I believe this is the best first approach to medicine. My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices. It is my belief that when a patient presents earlier for care, better outcomes are possible. As an MDVIP affiliate, I hope to help patients minimize visits to urgent care facilities and emergency departments. My goal is for hospitalizations to be limited and potentially avoided. 

My MDVIP-affiliated practice, a more personalized healthcare model, features a limited number of patients, which helps me have more time and flexibility to provide more comprehensive care, as well as to offer conveniences, like same- or next-day appointments.
