Like most of us, I have had no need to heroic services by Dr. Huerter. But he has always be prompt about responding, seeing me as necessary, and offering good advice about a host of things and searches for solutions to other pesky issues. I find his prompt response to inquiries most helpful because I seldom have time from the time I've typed an email before I've had a response--even if it has to be a I'll-be back-to-you -before-11-on-this kind of response.
