Antarctica Ice Marathon

I have been Dr David Johnson’s patient for the last 2.5 years, I appreciate his focus on proactive wellness. In 2023, I completed the Abbott six major marathons and completed running marathons and cycling on all seven continents. I will complete skiing all seven continents in 2024 with Dr Johnson’s support. The attached photo is from the Antarctica Ice marathon, December 2023, where I took second place overall. I have great photos but cannot get them below 5Mbytes while traveling.
