The doctor and his staff go the extra mile to make sure you understand whatever you are seeing them for and the best way to deal with it. They also are great in getting back to you when they are unavailable or researching a problem. They were very helpful in arranging my visit to the Mayo Clinic when I was spending the winter in the Phoenix area.
