Doctor (& staff) is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, caring, dedicated, empathetic.....she's a good-hearted person who sincerely wants to help people.
Has an easy-going, medically-substantiated way of convincing me to follow her medical plan, although I'm hesitant due to past experiences or beliefs.
