Dr. Ava Kaufman listens to my complaints and responds with answers or suggestions. She expresses concern if I do not visit needed doctors and/or go for mammogram or bone density tests.
Dr. Kaufman also has her office staff remind me if I do not come for annual wellness exams. I am the type of patient who needs the reminders.
