Dr Crowe makes me feel heard

Turned out it was a great thing that it took me months to land a primary care provider in my new home town, because Dr Katy Crowe is who I ended up with. She is thorough. She looks like she's listening deeply, that she's genuinely interested in learning from what you say, not looking for confirmation of what she's already decided. She explains things. She indicates when something probably isn't worth fretting over. She laughs easily; she feels like a friend. What a wonderful testament she is to the value of concierge care, of holistic care, of value based care.
