Dr Ford is tops!

Dr Ford has been my physician for decades and I'm very grateful for him. He listens well, remembers what we've discussed, cares about my concerns, responds quickly when I have a question or need assistance, and now knows my medical history well. I've seen him through mostly ups of my health, but also through some downs. He cares and is like a friend who is also my doctor. Thank you, Dr Ford, for your caring concern.
