i am new to the MDVIP program. Dr. Harper is my physician through this program. All I can say is HE is AWESOME. He provides excellent medical advise. He genuinely cares for the well being of his patients. I feel so thankful to have him as my doctor. I brag about him to my friends. Thank you Dr. Harper!!!!
