Dr. Rai is the best PCP ever

I have never had a PCP in the bay area for years together because something or the other wouldn't click for me. Once I found Dr. Kuljeet Rai and met him in-person in 2022, i knew i landed at the right place at the right time. He is extremely patient, a wonderful listener, does not create panic and explains the root cause in a manner a layman would understand. The first time i went in, I was so scared (given my history with anxiety disorder) about what I would be hearing regarding the acidity issues i was going through.. 20 mins with the doctor and i came out so much more relaxed because he reassured and explained the relationship between the mind / brain / metabolism and why my gut reacted the way it did. He always said "Stress cannot be avoided and that we would have to learn to manage it". this was so important for me to understand and a lesson i carry with me till date. He was kind whenever i pinged him outside office hours to clarify any confusions i had about health. So so grateful for finding MDVIP and Dr. Kuljeet Rai.
