Dr. Robert Hankenhof is my MDVIP physician, mentor, counselor, friend, and most of all my motivator.
I have been a client to Dr. Rob since around 2009, and when he decided that he was going to move to this program I was excited that I was able to follow.
I am a 55 year old female with my body that was practically falling apart when I joined MDVIP. I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high uric acid, PTSD, anxiety, depression diabetes 2, and extremely overweight. I was actually falling apart.
During my first and second visits when joining this program, I was put on many types of medications, put on a diet that I actually could follow, and exercise regiment and Dr. Rob has been there for me everyday when I needed a push, a guiding word, a shoulder to cry on when I felt I could not go on, and always some motivational words on a daily occurrence.
Six months into this program, I am no longer taking medication for diabetes, my blood pressure meds have been lowered, and lower cholesterol meds and my weight has dropped at least 30 pounds and lost quite a few inches.
I had a total knee replacement in November but ended up in ICU two days later because my blood pressure had bottomed out. Dr. Rob continuously was checking up on me and he made several visits when he was finish at the office before heading home. Of course, he would text and check with me personally every day to see how I was doing.
Doc, your enthusiasm about your profession as a primary physician to me and all your patients makes me want to do my best to become as healthy as I can with your guidance. You are so kind hearted but stern with the program and I am happy about you caring so much for me as well as all your patients. I am so glad that I found you as my doctor almost ten years ago and I was able to follow you into this program. Thank you so much!!!
