Dr. Ross' receptionist and nurse are always available. Dr. Ross is available 7 days a week. He is an EXCELLENT physician who cares about his patients. If he does not know the answer to a question, he will find the answer, or refer me to another physician. I am 86 years old, and besides my husband who was a physician, he is the BEST, MOST DEPENDABLE, most KNOWLEDGEABLE physician I have ever known.
