Extra effort appreciated!

I broke my foot and wrist at the same time 3 years ago. I could not use crutches as the broken bones were on the same side of my body. The ER doctor said they could not release me without a wheel chair due to further injury anticipated if I went home. It was a Saturday night and I called Dr. MacKay -. He responded and said he would meet my husband at his office and give him the offices’ wheel chair that I could use for two days until I could buy my own. It saved me from spending a night in the hospital and I felt supported by my doctor. I still appreciate his extra effort at a stressful time. He was good natured about it as well. Happy Doctors Day Dr. MacKay! You are appreciated!
