Following Open Heart Surgery, I lost about 60 pounds. Yes, I was over weight! I now am lighter, but still have that Santa Claus tummy! On one of my last visits, I weighed in at about 195#! I suggested that I was trying to lose another 10 pounds! No! Your fine right where you are! Wow, the first time I heard that since 1958!
