Dr. Jacobs took me on as a patient after a scary ordeal with DVT's which my previous doctor mismanaged. Dr. Jacobs provided expert care when I needed it most. He is both incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, and I am privileged to call him my doctor. He and his wonderful staff now care for my entire family.
