You may not remember a couple of years ago, I told you that I wished everyone in the world could have the same quality care that you have given me. I can still stand by this wish. I am so grateful to have you as my doctor, and wish the same quality care for all others. An impossible dream? Perhaps, but that doesnt stop me wondering how this could be done.
