Dr. Phillips care has truly made a tremendous difference in my overall health. He spends as much time as necessary, is extremely knowledgeable, patient, caring and compassionate. Emily, Gail, and Kimberly are amazing also. I am truly thankful to be under Dr. Phillips care!
