Karl. It has been 30 years since I had my first appointment with you (gout).
In that time, your diagnoses and treatment have been excellent. I am now 81 years old and my last annual physical was the best ever. I attribute much of the good results to your care. it is also nice that I feel that we have developed a friendship, with many mutual interests.
