Dr. Lang,
I feel very fortunate in having you as my primary care physician. You have always taken the time to fully understand my needs and have always given me appropriate medical care. Your selection of specialists as I have needed them has been excellent.
My only worry is that you will decide to retire before I pass. I do not want to have to try to replace you.
