We relocated to Florida mid-2016 choosing Dr. Bill as our MDVIP PC doctor. He reminds me of Norman Rockwell's painting of a caring physician. He meets all of our requirements for a primary care physician, especially bed side manner, while demonstrating competency and up-to-date knowledge of causes and treatments. Most recently I scheduled an appointment thinking I had broken a bone in my foot. After observing the x-ray and examining the foot, he pronounced. The medication relieved the problem in a few days.
