I love that she gets to spend quality time with me rather than rushing in and out.. My 11 year old dog had died right before the first appt. I ever had with her. I remember telling her I was depressed about that. She ran out and came back with a really cute children's book on dogs in heaven and told me to keep it as long as I wanted. That sold me on her right then.
