Dr. Jacobs was everything I needed in an attentive and knowledgeable physician as he helped me navigate a very difficult journey through Chronic Lyme Disease and the associated complications discovered along the way.

Its nice feeling like a physician actually has time to speak with you and makes you feel like a very important person. I never felt rushed out the door when I had appointments and that's important when you face serious issues. Being able to converse with him in between appointments and having access is something I had never enjoyed as much with other physicians.
