If it wasn't for Terry's thorough examination and willingness to take the extra step, my appendix probably would've ruptured and I would've been in immeasurably more pain and much sicker.

Terry always takes some extra time and explains things thoroughly. Being about the same age, I think Terry really empathizes with the current state of my health and I appreciate that.
