Quite simple. I am still alive because my MDVIP physician listened to my chest and paid attention to my symptoms. Because of that, a very early stage (0-1) adenocarcinoma was discovered and removed soon after. I required no Chemo or radiation and am still cancer free after 9 years. I only wish he had been my previous wife's physician. She died of stage 4 adenocarcinoma of the lung which went undetected even though it was obvious in lung x-rays taken over a year prior to her very late diagnosis. There is no substitute for caring and concerned doctoring.
