WHEN DAVID HAD A BAD FALL SEVERAL YEARS AGO ON THE GARAGE FLOOR RESULTING IN AN INJURY TO HIS HEAD, I IMMEDIATELY CALLED KATE WILSON. NEIGHBORS CAME AND PICKED HIM UP AND LAIID HIM ON THE COUCH. KATE WAS AT THE HOUSE WITHIN MINUTES. SHE ASKED HIM A FEW QUESTIONS AND EVALUATED HIM. SHE MADE A CALL TO ARRANGE FOR A BRAIN SCAN APPOINTMENT. HE RECEIVED THE BRAIN SCAN WITHIN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. THE SCAN REVEALED AN ARACHNOID HEMATOMA. HE WAS IMMEDIATELY ADMITTED TO ST. MARK'S HOSPITAL. HE RECEIVED INTENSIVE CARE FOR MOVEMENT, SPEECH AND OTHER COMPLICATIONS ALL UNDER THE CAREFUL WATCHFUL EYE OF HOSPITAL DOCTORS AND DR. KATE WILSON. HE EVENTUALLY HAD TO BE TRANSPORTED TO THE NEILSEN REHABILITATION HOSPITAL AT THE UNIVERSITY OF UTAH FOR INTENSIVE CARE FOR 10 DAYS. DR. WILSON HAS BEEN A ROCKSTAR IN HER SUPPORT TO DAVID AND ME. TODAY I AM MEETING HER AT THE CARE CENTER WHERE DAVID IS AT 5:OO PM. SHE PAYS HIM FREQUENT VISITS TO EVALUATE HIM. WE LOVE KATE!!!!!!!!!!
