My Good Health Team

I'm 84 years old and have been with Dr. Sims for about twenty years.
Well, no surprise, I'm not as quick as I once was. Trying to remember instructions, prescription protocols, etc. has become difficult but for the fact that when I interface with Dr. Sims and his staff my wife is always there posing additional questions, taking notes , setting up downstream services and the like. We are a TEAM : Patient, Physician, Spouse.
Dr. Sims makes every effort to insure that our efforts are seamless.
