Not super!

I’m looking to get another doc.
I’m prone to ear infections. I’m on my third one since last fall. Illness doesn’t just happen Monday thru Friday! I was having a lot of pain in my ears on a Sunday the weekend of Presidents Day and she refused to help me. I told her I was going to the ER and her reply was….what’s going on? I’ve saved my correspondence with her. I asked her to get me in with an ENT the following Tuesday. She said she would and never did. I’m done with her!
