Partnership, trust and peaceful confidence does not have to be about devastating diagnosis, miraculous cures or brushes with mortailty

I am a fortunate man. I have been with MDVIP almost from its beginning. With God's blessing, I have never faced a devastating medical diagnosis nor I have ever gone through a demanding treatment regime that successfully reversed a bleak prognosis to a miraculous cure. For those fellow MDVIP members that have had such experiences, I extended my wholehearted and fullest admiration and prayers.

In spite of having been dealt a very fortunate medical history, I can confidently state that my relationship with my primary care physician, James Hochwalt, MD of Cincinnati Ohio, is very likely my most trusted and prized professional relationship forged over my lifetime. Dr. H's expertise, skill and personal devotion to his profession are exemplary. If fate had given me a different configuration of DNA or placed me in harm way of a tragic trauma, I trust (and know) that Jim is the professional I want at my side. I have been blessed to have been able to develop my deep trust, not through a blazing trial of fear or suffering, but through the a slow and steady burning flame of persistence, communication, course-correction and total partnership that over and over have reinforced to me that I possess something very special.

I will never take my health or my trusted health partnership with Jim for granted. I understand that good health is fleeting and fragile at best. I know that good fortune and Jim's trusted counsel have given me a great prize. And, moreover, it has permitted me to make my judgments of him and the MDVIP system of care apart from the all too real human emotions and physical challenges that many of my fellow MDVIP members must face daily. I have been allowed to be a long-term and full life experience "judge" of the value-add Dr. Hochwalt's professional guidance and life mentorship have delivered to me and my family.
