Thank you for everything you do!

I don't have one particular story--it's just a way to say thank you to Dr. Hegland for being the most patient, fun, compassionate, and caring doctor I've ever had--and I'm 69 years old!

I joined MDVIP because I was tired of doctors coming into my visit and keeping their hand on the doorknob the whole time. I understand that insurance runs healthcare but it was still very disheartening. No one had enough time to listen.

I knew that Dr. Hegland would be able to give me more time--and she certainly has. Sometimes, I try to think of something else wrong with me just so I don't feel like I'm wasting my time with her!

She truly is a very intelligent, warm, and caring individual and physician, and I am extremely happy that I joined MDVIP just so that I can be her patient.

I also just want to give a shout out to her office staff, Erin and Carol. Simply everyone in this office is exceptional--and extremely efficient. I can always count on them to answer any questions I have in an incredibly timely manner.
