Dr. Harper has been my doctor for 9 years & with MDVIP for three. He’s always been quickly on any issues with my health. Another aspect I so appreciate is his ability to encourage me to live & enjoy life to the fullest. His advise & constant contact during the Covid 19 virus is so informative . It is comforting and reassuring to know he and the staff are there for us. Thanks, Dr. Harper for being my doctor
