Dr Poliak is a very caring dedicated medical professional that respects his patients!! He spends extra time w/me when needed explaining specific details about any condition we need to discuss. I appreciate his daily & after hours response time. I trust him & as we’ve discussed, I need his help managing my future health! He’s my Doctor but I also consider him to be “my friend”.
