Trust and Respect

I have been a patient with Dr. MacKay for over thirty years. During this long time span, I've had children, various surgeries, two hip replacements, dealt with major depressive disorder, and experienced medical emergencies while traveling for work. Over the course of thousands of phone calls, prescriptions, and hundreds of office visits, I've experienced nothing but the very best of care, provided with respect and understanding. Whenever they were needed, Dr. MacKay and his staff made me feel that my concerns were important, as was my peace of mind. Now in my senior years, an entirely new assortment of health challenges awaits, but I know without a doubt that Dr. MacKay and his staff will be there for me, caring about how I feel both physically and mentally. This means more than they could ever know! I appreciate the outstanding care I have enjoyed over the course of my adult life with Dr. MacKay, and want to recognize both he and his staff for going above and beyond, always.
