The truth

For me, I tend not to tell the dr. everything as it can come back to haunt you. Since insurance companies run the lives of dr.'s, it is no surprise that the insurance companies will tell you what's good for you in the name of profit. I run a business and understand that, however telling your story and having it written down will eventually cost you a lot of money or your life. "Nothing personal, it's just business", as they say.
