I was glad when Dr. Bain started a MDVIP "concierge" service. Now that I am 94, I find myself wanting immediate medical service more often. I can now call Dr.Bain at any time, day or night and get the service I need, instead of going to urgent care. For example, one morning, about a couple of months ago, I woke up coughing and sneezing and feeling just sick. I began taking cough syrup but it didn't help. By eleven o'clock that night the cough hadn't subsided I began to fear I had covid-19 . Normally, I would call my son (who lives five miles away) to come and take me to urgent care, but praise be to God, I can now call my concierge doctor instead. I called Dr. Bain , and expected him to answer, but instead I got his voice mail. I began to panic I. feared I wouldn't hear from him until the next morning. I thought, if I don't hear from him in the next five minutes I'm going to call my son. In less than three minutes the phone rang, it was Dr. Bain. I was so glad to hear his voice. I told him I had been coughing all day and night, I was afraid I had covid19. He asked me a few questions regarding symptoms I was having. He assured me that I didn't have covid19 ,but I did have a very bad cold .He suggested a few home remedies I could try to help me to rest. He then told me to see him tomorrow at 9AM in his office. When I saw him the next morning, he gave me a through examination and determined I had bronchitis. He then wrote prescriptions and a follow up appointment for him to see me in three weeks. Later that evening he called to see how I was feeling,

I lam very pleased with Dr. Bain. He is always willing to listen to and to deal with my complaints He is excellent in diagnosing and treating my condition. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a MDVIP doctor.
