I started having a respiratory problem when doing strenuous work. It felt like I had inhaled sawdust. Which at the time would not be unusual since i was doing extensive carpentry. On a routine visit to my GP, Doctor David DiPietro "Doctor D", I mentioned it to him. He asked if it occurred only when dong carpentry and i said no, it happens after strenuous activity. He prescribed an inhaler and then scheduled me for stress test. That seemed odd, but he assured me that he just wanted to check everything out. So the stress test was set. What they discovered was a concern about some curious heart activity. Not quite certain as to what was going on. So next step was a catheterization of the arteries. Sure enough, a blocked artery which had done some very slight heart damage. The blockage was caught in time to prevent any serious heart damage. Three stents later and all was well. The story here is: this doctor saved my life. His expertise and care has kept me alive.
