What I like best about Dr. Ford is his pleasant personality

What I like best about Dr. Ford is his pleasant personality and sense of humor. I trust him completely with my medical issues. He always listens and shows that he cares. With him and his staff I am a priority no matter if the issue is major or minor. I will never forget one time when I had a rash on my leg which alarmed me. The staff got me in right away. In Dr. Ford's office I noticed the rash had disappeared. I really don't what happened and I felt a fool. But Dr. Ford looked at the leg and showed concern even if the rash was not there. We shared a laugh and he talked about allergic reactions and made some suggestion in case the rash came back. He encouraged me to return should the rash reappear. I was so appreciative of his acceptance. I will never forget that. Thus I trust him completely and have a high regard for him and his wonderful staff - Brandy and Kim.
