Dear Dr. Walden-Fain,
I cant even begin to express how fortunate Jamie and I feel to have you as our doctor. Your knowledge is off the charts but more so the way you have truly cared for us all these years. I really appreciate you taking phone calls and text messages for us and when we have been worried about our children. I really dont know what we would do without you and dont even want to think about it. Words cant express our gratitude and love for you.
